Work Toward Mindful Acceptance

Course time 28 min
Achieve your Goals in Corporate Social Responsibility

When a work or home situation isn’t what we’d like, we’d love to be able to respond in a careful and considered way, rather than react impulsively. And if it’s something that we can’t change, we must be able to just live with it. But how do we do these things without being resigned, or a push-over, or, on the other hand, too aggressively reactive? The answer comes from a mindfulness practice called acceptance.

In this course we’ll discover what that is and how it can provide us with a state of calm without necessarily needing for things to be different.
