We’ve all seen other people and even entire organizations make snap decisions about people that were unwise without realizing it. When these behaviors come out of unacknowledged stereotypes or attitudes, this is unconscious bias in action.
This course explains how we’re all—ALL—susceptible to such bias and shows what we can do to take action against it.
