CrossKnowledge is proud to announce the launch of Cultivate Intergenerational Intelligence, a new learning collection created in partnership with Megan Gerhardt, renowned generational strategist and Professor of Management and Leadership at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.

Megan Gerhardt

Megan W. Gerhardt, Ph.D. is a Professor of Management and Leadership at the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. She speaks and consults with top organizations around the world on ways to leverage generational diversity in the workplace.
In addition to her academic research in the areas of leadership and individual differences, she is author of the book Gentelligence: The Revolutionary Approach to Leading an Intergenerational Workforce. Her Gentelligence work was showcased as Harvard Business Review’s Big Idea in March 2022 and was also chosen as one of its Top 10 Must Reads for 2024. 
Megan’s work on leveraging generational diversity has also been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine and The Washington Post, and on NBC News and CNN, among others.
