Jean-Roch Houllier is International Learning & Digital Director at Thales Learning Hub, Academic Development Director at PMI France and a prolific author.
During his career, he has led a wide range of complex and international projects in telecoms, IT and learning. He has also trained thousands of employees and students (at HEC Paris) in project management. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (SSCBB), Project Management Professional (PMP) and IPMA Level B.
