She takes part in its academic formalization at Cranfield University in the UK and she’s Chairman of AKAM, which is a not-for-profit professional organization dedicated to improving standards of practice in KAM. Among her many published books, she co-wrote a work of reference in the field, “Key Account Management: The Definitive Guide”.oo! and Time-Warner Cable.
