Christopher G. Worley is Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Strategy Director for the Center of Leadership and Organization Effectiveness (CLEO) at NEOMA Business School in France.
He is also a senior research scientist at the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California. He is the former director of the Master of Science in Organization (MSOD) programme at Pepperdine University. In addition to his articles and presentations on strategic change and organisation design, he is author of five books, including “The Agility Factor”, “Management Reset”, “the best-seller Built to Change”, “Integrated Strategic Change”, “Organization Development and Change“, the leading textbook in the field, now in its tenth edition.
His consulting clients include Microsoft, Northrop Grumman, Philips, Cambia Health Solutions, Gap, PayPal, Unilever, Capital One Financial and several other non-profit and government organisations.
