As announced in 2023, Wiley is divesting its non-core businesses, including CrossKnowledge.
Today, we are pleased to share that CrossKnowledge has been acquired by MS Software International LLC, an affiliate of the global investment firm Regent LP.

As a pioneer in digital and programmatic learning, CrossKnowledge will leverage Regent LP’s strategic expertise and experience to accelerate innovation and drive growth. The final closing of this acquisition took place on August 31st, 2024.
CrossKnowledge employs over 150 people, primarily based in Europe, and operates globally through an extensive network of partners.
