The company currently serves a network of over 300 corporate customers and 2.2m active learners around the globe. CrossKnowledge is searching for a Business Analyst to support its growth. This role will be France based, either around Rueil Malmaison or Sophia Antipolis with a flexible work policy.

Purpose of this role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to complement our Product Marketing team. This brand new role will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis, gathering internal and external insights, and contributing to the development of innovative learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in business analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Experience or strong appetite for Learning, EdTech or HR is highly desired.

Key result areas and main responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to document trends, opportunities, and gaps in the learning technology landscape.
  • Contribute to the data strategy for the company
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for new products and solutions.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Assist in defining business cases for new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and inform product marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to user research and customer interviews to understand users pain points and expectations.
  • Ensure clear documentation of insights, findings, and recommendations for cross-functional teams.

Profile & Qualifications

  • Passionate about Learning, L&D and Talent Development
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or product marketing analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner for both internal and external audience
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
